Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This is the official site and guide for Shadowrocket. This policy explains what data may be involved when you visit sr-help.com and how it is used. It applies to this site and does not replace the privacy information shown in the Shadowrocket app or on the App Store. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend proxy servers or subscriptions.

1. Site services and data collection

This site provides static pages with purchase verification information, how-to guides, and rule references. It has no user accounts, email subscriptions, or forms for submitting configurations online. You can read the guide without providing your name, email address, payment details, or server credentials.

When your browser requests a page, the systems serving the site may log the time of access, requested path, response status, IP address, and device information supplied by the browser. These records help deliver pages, identify unusual requests, and troubleshoot access problems. They are different from connection records in the app; this policy makes no claims about how the client handles data.

2. Site analytics and how they are used

Site analytics help us understand page views and how visitors find and use the site. This may include pages viewed, referral categories, device or browser categories, and clicks on the App Store button. We use these insights to make information easier to find, identify steps that need more explanation, and spot access issues. Analytics are not used to determine eligibility to purchase the app or whether a server is available.

A store-button event records a click before you leave this site; it does not confirm a purchase. This event does not give the site access to your Apple Account, payment method, or order details. Browser restrictions, network issues, and analytics blockers may affect what gets recorded, so analytics are used as a guide for site maintenance only.

3. Cookies and local storage

Static pages do not require login cookies. Depending on the analytics configuration in use, site analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits and summarize page usage. You can check whether data is stored in your browser’s site data settings. Language and section position may also be indicated directly in the URL path or fragment and are not necessarily saved in local storage.

You can restrict cookies, clear this site’s data, or use content-blocking settings in your browser. Clearing data may reset saved preferences and affect analytics continuity, but usually will not affect access to the page content. This site does not ask you to store subscription URLs, passwords, or other credentials in your browser.

4. App Store and third-party services

Shadowrocket is available only through the App Store. Our download and purchase verification guide links to the product page operated by Apple. Once you leave this site, Apple handles store access, account sign-in, payment, and purchase restoration under its applicable terms and privacy policy. This site does not accept payments or store store-login information.

A one-time purchase of the client app is not a service subscription. Import instructions in the guide assume you already have your own subscription or server information. For data handling when you refresh a subscription or connect to an existing service, check that service’s own information. This site’s policy does not govern that service.

5. Data protection and limits on use

Visit records and analytics should be used only as needed to provide the site, maintain its services, and improve its documentation. Reading the guide should not require you to provide information unrelated to those purposes. Retention periods depend on maintenance needs and applicable requirements; this policy does not promise a single period that has not been verified.

Do not include full subscription URLs, access tokens, passwords, or payment details in screenshots, URLs, or messages sent for support. When troubleshooting, start with the steps in the guide and check only the interface details needed. Remove personal credentials before sharing configuration examples.

6. Policy updates and questions

If the scope of data handling, analytics purposes, or storage methods changes, this page will be updated and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Refer to the current published policy. A change that introduces a new purpose for data processing should not be treated as authorized solely on the basis of an earlier notice.

For questions about how to use the app or interpret a page prompt, see the guides and FAQs. For information about the app’s own privacy practices, check its App Store product page and in-app disclosures. This page has no form for collecting personal information.
